What should I state as ';reason for leaving'; on an app when I went ';home'; when pregnant and my spouse deployed?

I fear that stating the flat out truth (I didn't want to be alone during my first pregnancy, so I went home to be with family after my husband deployed) on an application might get me screened out.What should I state as ';reason for leaving'; on an app when I went ';home'; when pregnant and my spouse deployed?
I think if you state your reason for leaving as pregnancy/family I think they will be understanding.
