My fiancee is coming to Australia to live but we are unsure of what documentation she needs to bring to apply and gain spouse visa. We will apply onshore and will get married before we apply. Can someone please help?What documentation is needed for spouse visa application?
i think the only way out is for you to go and marry her and if marry, she need to have prove of married certificate, a picture of your wedding day, your full prove of support towards her,were you work, housing situation, and whick kind of stay you are having.
if you are not marry, i think you have to only invite her, and you need to have alot in your account ok
