Your spouse just accidently gave you harmless germanium tablets withone extra proton Is this good or bad news?

Science question... I know its a weird one. here are some others

1. Compared to hydrogen, the element helium has

A. More mass and is larger in size

B.More mass and is about the same size

C. More mass and is smaller in size

or none of the above. Explain your answer.

2.About how old are the oldest atoms that make up the body of a 15 year old student?Your spouse just accidently gave you harmless germanium tablets withone extra proton Is this good or bad news?
The element with one more proton than germanium is arsenic, which is an extremely poisonous element to ingest.

Helium has more mass and is larger in size than Hydrogen, since it has one more proton, (usually) more neutrons, and an extra electron. According to Wikipedia, Hydrogen has an atomic radius of 25 picometers, and Helium has an atomic radius of 31 picometers.

I'm not 100% sure of the answer for the last question, but I would assume the answer is 15 years (plus possibly 8-9 months), since many parts of the human body are persistent, e.g., tooth enamel, neurons, stem cell DNA, etc.
