Hi: Here is the Ohio State Statute (law) on divorce:

The court of common pleas may grant divorces for the following causes:

(A) Either party had a husband or wife living at the time of the marriage from which the divorce is sought;

(B) Willful absence of the adverse party for one year;

(C) Adultery;

(D) Extreme cruelty;

(E) Fraudulent contract;

(F) Any gross neglect of duty;

(G) Habitual drunkenness;

(H) Imprisonment of the adverse party in a state or federal correctional institution at the time of filing the complaint;

(I) Procurement of a divorce outside this state, by a husband or wife, by virtue of which the party who procured it is released from the obligations of the marriage, while those obligations remain binding upon the other party;

(J) On the application of either party, when husband and wife have, without interruption for one year, lived separate and apart without cohabitation;
Their disability does not have anything to do with a divorce. You can file for divorce in your legal state of residency which usually means the state where you've lived for the past 6 months (residency laws vary by state)
I, ___, take you, ___, for my lawful wife/husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and health, until death do us part. OR I, ___, take you, ___, to be my husband/wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love and honor you all the days of my life.
why would want to you are all ready dating and

problby having sex with women. the court would

grant it but make you provide for your wife dollar

wise for the rest of her life.On the other hand the court may deny it o n the grounds that she can't

support herself.
yeah, you can divorce her but expect to be hit for alimony especially since she is disabled and the state will have to pay for her; they will be hitting you up for alimony big time. Unless she remarries.
Well u can but I think that it would be an act of truely SELFISHNESS living ur partner alone when she truely needs ur support. Anyway ur choice. Follow this link to get the solution

I'm sure it does but why is your wife in a home is she ever going to get out or is she really sick with no hope because i'd hate to think a man would be leaving his wife when she needs him but hey it's not my business.
of course you can divorce her but you will probably have to pay alimony until she remarries, if she remarries

legally there is nothing that stops you from divorcing her, however ethically it is another story
Ah. In sickness and in health, huh?

Is your wife competent (mentally) to sign the papers? If she isn't it gets more complicated, but still possible.
Yes, you can always get a divorce.

Be prepared to pay through the nose for spousal maintenance, though.
you can divorce anyone.

call an attorney near by and have them draw up the papers and etc.
You could just blow the place up or pull the plug if she's on life support.
A guy named Brenda??
I certainly hope not. How heartless can a person be? I guess we see the answer.
ouch, that's cold
